Highlight text in reviewer notes
To highlight specific text that you want the auditor to change and or rewrite as part of a review, hover your mouse over the relevant text and click+drag your selection.
Copy
After you've Selected the text in the audit, copy it (CTRL + c or right click)
Paste
In the note next to the report, paste the text (CTRL + v or right click)
Note | After pasting you can edit the text to further highlight that the text is an excerpt for the audit you can use leading and training ellipsis (…) and/or quotes (”) |
