Assign a reviewer

Before a the review of a submission can start the audit submission must be assignee to a reviewer (or administrator).

Permission: Only Administrators can assign a reviewer to an audit submission

  1. When audit is submitted for AuditXchange notifies all system administrators by email.

  2. Log into AuditXchange and go the the Review Submissions in the left menu and select Pending Review tab at the top of the page.

  3. If the audits does not have a name in the Reviewer column it has not been assigned.

  4. Click on the audit name to open it.

  5. Click Next Steps and then Assign to assign a reviewer

    1. Note: An administrator can assign the review to themself by clicking on Open Audit and accepting the prompt to start the review

  6. In the Assign Reviewer popup you can optionally provide additional instructions to the reviewer.

  7. The Reviewer will receive email notification of the assigned audit review
