AuditXchange provides the opportunity to correct licenses when:
the license is misspelled, or does not match the company name in the database.
the license has not been acquired in the correct order, failing to connect as part of a team.
Legal Name Incorrect:
After reviewing the pending request, and noting that a correction needs to be made, click the edit button:
AuditXchange will identify and show company names that closely match profiles from previous licenses/audits that are already in the system.
Here you can select the company legal name that is correct, reconciling the license to the intended company profile (see screenshot below).
Team Licenses:
In order for licenses to be connected as a team, ensure you've followed the steps in the Conducting Team/Department Audits article.
AuditXchange will identify licenses that have the same company name, but were acquired separately, and give you the option of connecting them together under a team audit. You can click on the edit button to link the two licenses:
If AuditXchange has identified multiple licenses sharing the same company legal name, it will appear in the pop-up window (see screenshot below).
Approve as Evaluation License
AuditXchange also allows the administrator to approve a pending license request as an evaluation license. You can do this by checking off the box (see screenshot below) at the bottom of the pop-up window.
Use this to option to change a license request from a regular audit license to an evaluation license. Evaluation licenses are used for practice and training purposes and cannot be submitted to the AuditXchange database.
