Audit Review (powered by AuditXchange) - The Administrator

This article will assist association administrators in participating in the QA process.

AuditXchange notifies administrator accounts when new audits have been submitted by sending them an email notification. After receiving the notification proceed to AuditXchange for further action.

Log into your AuditXchange account, and go the the Review Submissions menu option and click the desired audit on the list:

Once you've selected the desired audit, you will be able to see the Audit Overview Screen:

Here you can click on the top right button to assign a reviewer. A reviewer only needs to be assigned to an audit on it's first turn, before the report automatically loads into the reviewer account. Further revisions will be sent to the reviewer.

Please note: You do not need to assign a reviewer to the audit in order to review the report yourself and utilize the review tool. Just click on the 'Preview Audit Submission' button to begin.

You will be able to communicate with your reviewer, if you would like, adding any internal discussion below before confirming them.

Please note: Once a reviewer is selected, the audit will transition to "In Review" and will be located under the In Review filter, in the Audit Submission menu.
