Logging In
AuditXchange can be accessed from the login page at: https://AuditXchange.com
User Profiles
Auditor: one that performs the audit by observing and documenting the relevant information, and submits it to their certifying partner.
Association Admins: certifying partner department lead, who assigns audits to reviewers, and is able to view all information within AuditXchange. This user has the highest level of control in their association profile.
Reviewer: employed by the certifying partner to review submitted audits, who can perform the Q/A after being assigned the audit by their administer. This user has limited permissions.
Company Accounts:
Main Contact: this is a user whose information is pulled from the company contact information in the Company Details section of the audit. They receive access to their Company Scorecard after the first audit is submitted and then has access to all following audits accepted and store in their company profile.
Admin: This user is able to add additional viewer accounts to the company scorecard.
Viewer: a user who has been invited to review all audits under the company scorecard.

Review Submission
The review submission process focuses on ensuring the quality of the data within each audit that is collected for data analysis.
Our system streamlines organization, processing, and communication between auditors and reviewers, while the review tool protects data integrity through comparison tools and edit detection. With these tools, reviewers spend less time rereading reports and can focus only on changes during each revision phase.
