Rename / Delete / Reject an Approved License

Guidelines for requesting the renaming, deletion, or rejection of an approved license in AuditXchange.

An approved license can only be renamed, deleted or rejected by the AuditXchange customer support team.

Submit a request to rename, delete or reject a license

To submit a request to have a license modified please open a new support request ticket (or email [email protected]) and provide the following information:

Action Required:

Rename, Delete or Reject

The user's email address:

The current company name:

e.g. "Acme Corp"

If renaming the correct company name:

e.g. "Acme Inc."

License Renaming Policy

A license can only be renamed to correct minor adjustments. If the company has undergone a full name change or the audit is being completed for another company, the existing license will be refunded by our Support team. A new license must be purchased under the updated name.
